Q&A

Q: What is one thing you really want to work on in 2025?
A: I have a big goal of getting my sprint orienteering speed as close to my 5km speed as possible. Essentially, I want to maximise my speed and to do this I will be focusing on improving my at-speed map reading, especially in detail.
Q: What aspect of orienteering keep you interested and motivated to stay involved, train, and compete?
A: The search for that 'ideal race'. Putting it all together: no mistakes, perfect route-choices, and full speed--finishing with the feeling that there was absolutely nothing more you could have done.
