Q&A
Q: What is your best memory from the last orienteering season?
A: The North American Champs was a highlight for sure! Getting to be surrounded by all the TCP athletes and up-and-comers in California was amazing, and I really enjoyed the cheering on and team spirit from the relay race on the last day!
Q: If you had one tip for young orienteers what would it be?
A: I would recommend to try and explore as many maps as possible, even if it from your own room doing armchair orienteering. The more ways you are able to see how different mappers map a knoll, or different vegetation, the easier you will find it when you encounter a new mapping style in the woods.
