Q: Describe your overall approach to training for orienteering?
A: My approach to training is to get on a map as often as I can by going to as many events and training sessions as possible. Since there aren’t always a lot of opportunities, I try to make the most of every practice.
Q: What aspect of orienteering keep you interested and motivated to stay involved, train, and compete?
A: I love the amazing community and the friends I’ve made. Having a good group of people around me who support me and push me to be better helps keep me motivated.
