A: Make as many mistakes as you can - sooner you make them, the sooner you can learn from then and make your weaknesses become your strengths!
Q: What would a typical week of training look like for you?
A: Race season is with couple of shorter and faster intervals to keep the legs firing fast before weekend races.
Q: How do you normally prepare for an important race?
A: If I can I try to spend a few weeks in the terrain months before so that I can have time to reflect on it.
Q: If you had one tip for young orienteers what would it be?
A: A diploma at WOC!
