Q: What aspect of orienteering keep you interested and motivated to stay involved, train, and compete?
A: Ski orienteering is a great way to experience two of my favourite sports at the same time. Each new trail network provides different mental and physical challenges to work through and there's always room for improvement whether it's one of the various ski techniques, route choices or overall fitness.
Q: Describe your ideal orienteering terrain?
A: My ideal ski orienteering venue would be on rolling terrain in a complex and narrow trail network where there's several downhill legs weaving through the trail junctions at the edge of control.
