Q&A
Q: What is your best memory from the last orienteering season?
A: My best memory would be running the last leg at Jukola, a relay in Finland with over 1700 teams. An unreal experience with all the runners in the forest as I cheer on my teammates throughout night.
Q: If you had one tip for young orienteers what would it be?
A: Orienteer as much as you can!
Q: What is your greatest orienteering strength?
A: Ability to dig deep and keep pushing at the end of a long race.
Q: How do you normally prepare for an important race?
A: Tapering my training, analyzing old maps of the area, lots of food, and a good nights rest!
Q: Which event are you most excited for this season and why?
A: NAOC, it has been awhile since I have ran a large event in NA so I am excited to how I can compete against the top runners, along with my Canadian teammates.
