Q&A

Q: How did you first get involved in orienteering?
A: Don't Get Lost's Adventure Running Kids program introduced me to the sport which really I enjoyed and kept pursuing.

Q: If you had one tip for young orienteers what would it be?
A: Analyze your races and trainings afterwards. See what you did right and why and what you did wrong and why.

Q: What would a typical week of training look like for you?
A: Try to have at least one orienteering specific workout. Plus one or two higher intensity running workouts. Then the other days easy running, core and resting.

Q: How do you normally prepare for an important race?
A: Leading up an important race I try to gather as much information as I can. This can be from bulletins from the organizers, google maps and old maps of the area.

Q: What is your big life orienteering goal?
A: Race in as many different terrains as I can.
