Q&A
Q: How did you first get involved in orienteering?
A: Started in Don't Get Lost's Adventure Running Kids program which inducted me to orienteering.
Q: If you had one tip for young orienteers what would it be?
A: Review and compare your races/trainings. This can just be very fun to see what you and other did but it will also be very helpful in improving your orienteering.
Q: What would a typical week of training look like for you?
A: Typically about one o-training on weekends and sometimes a training during the work week. Then long runs on Sunday and another running training in the work week. One day off and the rest with easy runs.
Q: How do you normally prepare for an important race?
A: Study up on the area either using older maps for maps from similar area. Plus if I can to get in some actual trainings on similar terrain before hand.
Q: What is your big life orienteering goal?
A: Compete as myself.
