Q: How did you first get involved in coaching?
A: My training group became the de facto coaches in Auckland based on all the work we put into our own training.
Q: What is your greatest strength as a coach?
A: Listening
Q: How do you work with athletes to help them prepare for a specific big race?
A: Really no one or simple answer to this, every case is differnt.
Q: If you had one tip for young orienteers what would it be?
A: Follow or run side by side a good orienteer, the realisations will come thick and fast.
