Q&A
Q: If you had one tip for young/beginning orienteers what would it be?
A: To make the most of the orienteering you do. Try to always have some technique or skill you are working on when you go orienteering. There is a difference in just jogging around the forest and doing focused orienteering.
Q: What is one thing you really want to work on in 2026?
A: I would like to become a better sprint orienteer this year. I haven't seriously trained for sprints since I was a junior, so the goal will be to train more like a runner over the winter and run many sprint races in the spring.
