Anne has provided exceptional leadership to Canadian orienteering at both the national and local levels for over 15 years. As President of Orienteering Canada from 2014 to 2023, she led with steady guidance - especially through the challenges of COVD - while also organizing major national events like the North American and Canadian Championships. Her calm, capable approach and strong communication skills have made her a trusted leader. Locally, she has managed Ottawa’s multi-day O-Fest since 2013 and played a key role on the club board, ensuring a full schedule of over 25 events annually. Anne’s long-standing commitment and behind-the-scenes work have had a lasting impact on the growth and sustainability of orienteering in Canada.
